For Wexford area graphic design and marketing communications company in need of capable and professional Account Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Provide support to account managers through answering phones, inputting orders, providing quotes and communicating with clients.

·         Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success.

·         Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

·         Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.

·         Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

·         Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

·         Develop and maintain knowledge of services and industry trends


·         Previous like customer service/account support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communications skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
