Pittsburgh (Glenshaw) area company in need of capable Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Meet and greet any visitors
  • Schedule and calendar management
  • Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Maintain/order office supplies
  • A variety of related office/clerical support duties
     

Requirements:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills, basic Excel skills
  • Flexible personality to assist other departments as needed
