Professional downtown charitable foundation in need of capable administrative support candidate.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of various documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Calendar management
  • Phone coverage as needed
  • A variety of related admin/office duties in support of various departments
     

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related administrative support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

NOTE: Schedule is 4 days/28 hours per week
