Downtown Pittsburgh insurance company in need of capable Customer Service Associate.

Responsibilities to include:

• Answer inquiries and provide information about goods & services

• Update customer accounts

• Process customer requests

• Investigate customer complaints

• Data Entry

• Answer phones

Requirements:

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient PC/software skills to include MSWord and Outlook

• Ability to contribute to building a positive team first environment

• Exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views and gives/welcomes feedback

• Ability to accurately document and record customer information

• Effective time management

NOTE:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
