Growing Downtown Pittsburgh investment/brokerage group in need of experience Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of general correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Heavy scheduling and calendar management
  • Various client support functions
  • Related admin and general office support duties

Requirements:

  • MUST have previous experience within the financial services (banking, investment) industry
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a sometimes fast paced environment
